A completely customised, one-on-one coaching experience designed around you — your health history, habits, challenges, goals, and lifestyle. This is deep work that goes beyond meal plans or quick fixes. Together, we explore your current relationship with food and your body, untangle limiting patterns, and build a personalised plan to help you create lasting, nourishing change.

Clarity & Insight

Understand what’s really going on.
We start by exploring your relationship with food, your body, and your health history. This phase brings awareness to the unconscious habits, emotional patterns, and lifestyle triggers that are shaping your current eating behaviours.

You’ll receive:

  • A full intake assessment + goal setting

  • Food and behaviour journaling tools

  • Nutrition education tailored to your needs

  • Reflective exercises to uncover root patterns

When you become a member, you get access to 1-on-1 coaching sessions every two weeks. These sessions are designed to answer your questions and help you carve a path curated to your work ethics, business goals, and more.

Tools & Transformation

Create practical systems and sustainable habits.
Once we understand your starting point, we co-create a personalised plan. This is where change happens — not with rigid rules, but with flexible frameworks that work with your life.

You’ll receive:

  • Weekly 1-hour sessions (Zoom or in person)

  • Support between sessions via email or voice note

  • Stress management & emotional eating tools

  • Optional food journaling check-ins

  • Strategies you can adapt, not just follow

Depending on your business needs, we’ll provide you with next steps catered to helping you address any challenges or situations you’re facing as well as tips for how to stay engaged in your growth.

Sessions are 60 minutes each, via Zoom (or in-person if applicable)
