Hi I am Dr. Ludovica De Pieri, Bsc in Biotechnologies, MSc in Public Health Nutrition and MPh in clinical dietetics and nutrition.

I collected a decade of experience in Public Health Nutrition designing and implementing behaviour change interventions to prevent and manage obesity. 

My passion lies in empowering people to make informed dietary choices for a healthier future.

I combine a background in adult weight management and public health with a keen interest in the power of technology to improve health outcomes.

Currently, I am the Founder and CEO of Reveal My Food and Nutrime.lab.

Reveal My Food is a personalized nutrition app designed to empower employees through optimal dietary choices.

While Nutrime is my online clinic and through it, I offer a variety of options to help you achieve optimal nutrition for the rest of your lifetime. 

My diverse experience includes research, clinical practice, and entrepreneurial endeavours.

My Goal is to shape a healthier, safer and more inclusive food environment to grant everyone 10 extra years in good health!
